Learn mindfulness skills to develop healthy habits and build resilience. 

 

Description

This is an introductory program created specifically for young people to build mindful habits as they transition to college or university life. 

Participants Will Learn:

  • Informal and formal mindfulness practices adapted for students
  • Foundational mindfulness skills 
  • Short CBT exercises
  • Mindful attention and develop healthy habits

Who Should Attend:

  • Freshmen and sophomore students through their college or university as part of an orientation program

Students

15-25 participants per class

Duration: 1.5 hours per week for 6 weeks
