Description
This is an introductory program created specifically for young people to build mindful habits as they transition to college or university life.
Participants Will Learn:
- Informal and formal mindfulness practices adapted for students
- Foundational mindfulness skills
- Short CBT exercises
- Mindful attention and develop healthy habits
Who Should Attend:
- Freshmen and sophomore students through their college or university as part of an orientation program

Duration: 1.5 hours per week for 6 weeks
