Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing

MHW is a curriculum for college-age Filipinos developed by FriendlyCare with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies Toronto. Its foundation is the MBCT program. Funded by the Templeton World Charity Foundation, MHW is currently undergoing a randomized control trial. The University of the Philippines Department of Psychology, Diliman is leading the research design, field implementation and analysis. The intervention was delivered as a PE 2 class at UP Diliman and as an NSTP class in the University of the Cordilleras.
