Mindfulness in the Workplace

Mindfulness in the Workplace modules are 2-hour programs with a maximum of 12 participants. Modules focus on attention management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, communication, and teams as skills enhanced by mindfulness practices.

Mental Health & Mindfulness

This is an introduction program with lectures and didactics on the basics of mental health and then an experiential part so the participants can experience the mechanics and practices of Mindfulness and how these may help workplace individuals manage stress and burnout.

Attendees can be a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 100 and preference is for the participant to be fully present and come prepared to do movement and meditations.
