Since 2016, we have been delivering group-based programs in different institutions such as colleges and universities, companies, organizations, and communities. The programs are derived from evidence-based protocols, experiential, and allows you to cultivate and deepen your mindfulness practices towards resilience, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-mastery.
